1. From the Marketing options of MessageBee, select Campaigns and Content.
2. From the left-hand menu, click on Scheduled.
3. Here, you'll be able to view both past communications and upcoming campaigns.
4. On the scheduled page, you will see the lists your campaign was sent to, such as a static audience list or a live dynamic list connected to your ILS. (Refer to this article for creating audience lists). You also can view who scheduled the notification.
5. To review the report for a specific campaign, click the blue 'report' icon under Actions.
6. This will show you a detailed report for the campaign, including:
- Scheduled Date
- Sent Count
- Delivered Count
- Failed Deliveries
- Opt-outs
- Open Rate
- Engagement Rate
7. To review the criteria of your audience lists, go to the Marketing dropdown menu.
8. You can click on the corresponding list type to edit and view.
Audience and Interests Lists is your standard option that you upload audience lists too.
9. If you opt-in for Dynamic Lists, you can click on Dynamic Lists to view those lists accordingly.
