Unique uses a support portal to track tickets and feedback for MessageBee that is a completely separate system. As a result, your standard MessageBee credentials will not work when trying to log into the support portal. But no fear! There are two ways you can submit and track request tickets. 


1. One Time Requests 

If you are not the primary MessageBee contact for your organization, or will not be sending regular requests, you may submit a one time request through the help widget from within MessageBee (as pictured below)or via our support portal at: https://support.uniquelibrary.com/support/tickets/new 

Once one of our team members opens the ticket, you will receive updates to the provided email and can respond directly to these emails to communicate with our support team.  



2. Regular Requests and Support Inquiries

If you are the primary MessageBee contact for your organization or believe you will be submitting a large number of requests you can sign up for a support portal account at: https://support.uniquelibrary.com/support/signup Once you provide your name and email address, you will be sent an email to activate your account. From then on, you can log into the support portal at: https://support.uniquelibrary.com/support/login Once you are logged in, you will be able to select the "Check Ticket Status" option in order to follow up with your requests.
