How Do I Modify A Voice Message Template in Messagebee? Print

Once you have NAVIGATED TO AND SELECTED AN SMS TEMPLATE, you can then proceed to edit your Voice communication template.

Once you select the "Preview" option, you will be able to see a preview of your voice message to patrons.

Simply select the Modify Editable Fields option and then type the desired verbiage for your message.

Select "Save" and your changes will be saved for future use.
