Viewing all of your preset base templates in MessagBee is easy!
First, select the "Templates" option from the left hand side of MessageBee.
Once the page loads, on the right hand side, you will see a number of filters. For you to choose from.
The Select Communication Channel allows you to choose from all communication type templates you as a client are currently using (such as eMail, SMS, or voice messaging).
Once you select the desired communication channel to view, if your organization has been setup for use by different branches, you may select a branch specific filter to see what base templates are available for each location or by leaving the default selection of "all branches" selected under the Select a Customer Branch option.
Once you have added all the filters above, you can then select the desired template you want. (For example: Hold Notice, Overdue Notice, etc).
Once you select a template, if applicable, a new drop down filter will appear allowing you to Select a Template Subtype (e.g. 3 Day Pre-Due Notice, Overdue, 7 days overdue).
Additionally you may select a specific date under "Image Preview Date" to see how an email notice will look at a specific point in time if you have selected the email communication type.
Once all the steps above have been selected, you may click the preview option at the bottom of the page to generate a preview of your base template.
