MessageBee provides a series of reports called "Digests" that provide insights and statistics into your organizations MessageBee use.
As a User, you can change the frequency of these mailings. In order to do so, you will need to select the "Settings" option from the left hand menu in MessageBee. 
Once the page loads, you will be able to select the frequency at which you would like to receive Digests. 
Once you have selected your desired frequency from the drop down menu, select update and the new settings will take effect.
