Terms & Conditions
Email Agreement (optional)
SMS Agreement (optional)

These agreements will appear on the registration form and must be accepted by patrons before they can submit their registration.
Step 2: Preview the Registration Widget
Before embedding the widget on your website, it is recommended that you preview the form.
Navigate to the Patron Registration main page.
Click View Widget.
A preview window will display the registration form so you can confirm that the layout and agreements appear correctly.
Step 3: Embed the Registration Widget
Once you have confirmed the widget appears as expected:
From the Patron Registration page, click Embed Widget.
Follow the instructions provided to place the widget on your website.
Step 4: Edit Patron Registration Email Notifications
After a patron submits the registration form, they will receive an email confirming the result of their registration.
To edit the content of these emails:
Navigate to Marketing → Campaigns.
Locate the E-Card Registration campaign.
Within the campaign, you will see two email templates:
Card Created – sent when a library card is successfully created.
Card Not Created – sent if the registration could not be completed.
Click Edit to update the text or layout of the template.
Click Save after making your changes.
⚠️ Important:
DO NOT remove {{content.wording1}} from the templates. This variable is required for the notification to function correctly.
