Registeration statuses can be found by navigating to Patron Services → Patron Registration and selecting the desired date range. Below is a description of each possible status:


Success:

The registration was completed successfully, and a new library card was created.Click the arrow under the Home icon to view the Registration Details.


In Progress:

The registration form has been partially completed but not submitted in full. Click the arrow under the Home icon to view Registration Progress details.


Appeal:

The Registration form has been completed, but the registrant was not issues a card and has submitted an appeal.  Scroll down to Appeal Details to view the Registration Issue, example below:

 

The registrant may have entered a message regarding the appeal and that will appear below the Registration Issue. See the article on Appeals for more details.  


Appeal Denied:

A library card was not created. Staff reviewed and denied the registrant’s appeal.


Appeal Approved: 

A library card was created. Staff reviewed and approved the appeal.


Too Many Attempts:

The registrant exceeded one of the configured attempt limits in Settings, which include:

  • Session Attempts
  • Browser Attempts
  • IP Attempts


Patron Already Exists:

The registrant’s information matches to information already existing in the ILS. 


Invalid Address:

The address provided by the registrant could not be verified/validated.


Age Restriction: 

The registrant does not meet the Minimum Age requirement configured in Settings.


Outside Service Area:

The registrant’s address falls outside the defined service area(s) (Geographies) configured in Settings.


Unknown Error: 

An unexpected or isolated error occurred.If you receive an Unknown Error, please contact Support for further assistance.


ILS Error: 

An issue occurred while connecting to the ILS or during card creation. Contact Support/open a ticket if you see this error.
