Renewal statuses can be found by navigating to Patron Services → Patron Renewal and clicking on the desired date range. Below is a description of the statuses:


Renewed:

Card was successfully renewed. No address change was noted.


Renewed (Moved in Boundary):  

The library card was successfully renewed. An address change was detected; however, the new address remains within the defined renewal boundary. The address was updated in the ILS.


Not Renewed:

The library card was not renewed because it did not meet the configured renewal parameters.


Not Renewed (PO Box):

The library card was not renewed because a PO Box address could not be verified or validated to match the patron.


Not Renewed (Outside boundary):

The library card was not renewed because the patron’s address is outside the defined renewal boundary/reciprocal boundary(s). No qualifying move within the boundary was detected.


Balance Exceeded:

The library card was not renewed because the account balance exceeded the specified “Balance Threshold” configured in Settings.


Not Found:

The library card was not renewed because the patron’s address could not be located or verified.


Patron Blocked:

The library card was not renewed because the account is currently blocked by the library.


Deceased:

The library card was not renewed because the patron is marked as deceased.


Unknown:

The library card was not renewed due to an unexpected or isolated error. Additional review may be required to determine the cause. If you receive an ‘Unknown’ status, please contact Support for further assistance.
