How to track customer engagement for email notifications for both transactional and marketing emails.
Pulling a Report
1. Determine if you are wanting to view Engagement Rate for Transactional or Marketing emails. In the example below, we have opted to view Transactional notifications. To isolate the channel and communication, select "All".
2. You will then see the option to filter by Email or SMS or Voice notifications. For engagement rate, you will need to select Email.
Additionally, you may select the notification type and communication you would like to see.
*Please note - engagement rates can only be tracked for Email notifications.
3. Once you have selected your filters, you will click "update" to pull your general report.

4. From this page, you will click on the "Engagement Rate" option.
5. This will bring up a graph view of Clicks and Opens
6. Under the graph, you will see the URL's that have been clicked along with the total number of clicks on each URL.
Tip! As always, you can export your results by selecting the yellow "Export Results" option under your report.
