In order to access marketing communications (previously known as List Communications) within MessageBee, all you have to do is follow these steps. 


  1. select the Marketing tab from the MessageBee menu bar.
  2. Upon doing so, you will be presented with a list all of your current Marketing Communication Campaigns. 
  3. In order to create a new marketing communication within a campaign, select the ellipsis on the right hand side of the campaign name entry and then select the "New" option.


  4. A new page will load and ask you to select a Marketing Communication to use as the base of your new communication. From this page you can

    • Select a pre-existing template you have created previously from the Base Templates carousel.
    • Select a previous marketing communication as a template from the Previous Communications carousel.
      (Note: You can also narrow down these templates by campaign using the campaigns drop down filter)
    • Start from scratch by selecting the Empty Template button near the top right hand corner of the page.  


  5. Once you have selected the appropriate template type from above, you will be presented with a pop up window asking you to give a name to your new communication. Type in the desired name and then click create.


  6. The Marketing Communication editor will now open and allow you to customize your communication.
