In order to access marketing communications (previously known as List Communications) within MessageBee, all you have to do is follow these steps.
- select the Marketing tab from the MessageBee menu bar.
- Upon doing so, you will be presented with a list all of your current Marketing Communication Campaigns.
- In order to create a new marketing communication within a campaign, select the ellipsis on the right hand side of the campaign name entry and then select the "New" option.
- A new page will load and ask you to select a Marketing Communication to use as the base of your new communication. From this page you can
- Select a pre-existing template you have created previously from the Base Templates carousel.
- Select a previous marketing communication as a template from the Previous Communications carousel.
(Note: You can also narrow down these templates by campaign using the campaigns drop down filter) - Start from scratch by selecting the Empty Template button near the top right hand corner of the page.
- Select a pre-existing template you have created previously from the Base Templates carousel.
- Once you have selected the appropriate template type from above, you will be presented with a pop up window asking you to give a name to your new communication. Type in the desired name and then click create.
- The Marketing Communication editor will now open and allow you to customize your communication.
