In order to access marketing communications campaigns (previously known as list communication folders) within MessageBee, all you have to do is select the Marketing tab from the MessageBee menu bar.
Upon doing so, you will be presented with all of your current Marketing Communication Campaigns.
If you wish to see all of the marketing communications that are associated with a specific campaign, click the orange arrow to the left of the campaign name.
You will be presented with all of the related communications that have been previously created. NOTE: If you created a template or sent a communication via List Communications on our legacy interface, while it will display in the campaign list, but you will be unable to use the new interface to view and edit it. Instead, you will be prompted with the option to view the message in the old system.
