Once you select the Reports tab on the New MessageBee Homepage, you will be presented with the following screen and options: 



  1. Transactional (or ILS) Messaging View
    When this tab is selected, it indicates that you are currently viewing data for all of your transactional (or ILS) related messages (e.g. hold notices, overdue reminders, etc.)

  2. The Marketing (or List Communications) Messaging View
    When this tab is selected, it indicates you are viewing the reports for communications that were created with via list communication.

  3. The Search View
    Selecting this tab will replace the screen with a new view allowing you to search for a specific communication. Find out more at Searching for a Specific Message in New MessageBee.

  4. Report Filter
    By default, all message types, notifications, and communication types data will be shown on the reports page. Selecting the filter arrows will give you the opportunity to select the appropriate data values you wish to see on the page.

  5. Date Range Tab
    Allows you to customize the date range of the data displayed overall.

  6. Total Notifications
    Shows the total number of communications for the appropriate notification type (transactional or marketing). This tabs details are shown by default when the page loads, but clicking on it will allow you to return to the default screen. 

  7. Success Rate
    Shows your success rate percentage. Clicking on this will load all data related to the failed communications sent and opt outs in the Data Graph and Data Table.

  8. Engagement Rate
    Shows your engagement rate percentage. Clicking on this will load all data related to customer engagement (e.g. clicks on links, etc.) in the Data Graph and Table below. 

  9. The Data Graph
    The Data graph is a line graph of all the relevant data to your view. PLEASE NOTE: Beginning value on the X and Y axis will always be the lowest value of the result. Not "0". In addition to this, if there is a single day worth of data and only a single data point, you may see a graph displayed that resembles a crosshair.

  10. Channel Filter
    The Channel filter allow you see all data on the data table listed by the appropriate notification type (transactional or marketing)

  11. Notification Type Filter
    Notification Type filter shows you all of the data on the data table for a specific notification template type (not subtype).

  12. Communication Filter 
    The communication filter shows you all data on the data table organized by template subtype.
     
  13. Date Sorting Tab
    Allows you to control how the data is displayed in the Data Table.

  14. The Data Table
    The data table that will populate at the bottom, of the page is as you can guess: a table that list all the relevant data of your view.
