While reviewing your voice message failures, you may run across a number of reasons or codes behind the failure. The list below covers some of the most common errors you may run into. 

  • Destination Not Found
    This error displays typically when there is a bad telephone number.

  • Failure Processing SpeakSentence
    There was an error in the text-to-speech engine.
    Please notify Unique immediately if you are receiving this error.

  • Quick Disconnect
    The recipient answered and then hung up within the first 6 seconds of the recording. This is considered a failed attempt.

  • Recipient Hung Up
    Recipient hung up immediately.
      
  • Recipient Phone Not Reachable 
    This normally means the phone number is currently out of service (or out of cellular range) and is unable to be dialed at this time.

  • Service unavailable
    Call attempt failed when dialed.

  • Callee is busy
    The recipient number was currently on another line during when you attempted to dial.

  • Call was not answered
    The call was never answered by an individual or a voicemail.

  • Busy Signal
    The destination numbers line was busy when we attempted to dial.

  • Bad Number
    The number entered is invalid. Please check the number and try again.

  • 501
    Recipients phone was unreachable by voicemail.
