MessageBee from Unique

It's possible for someone to inadvertently unsubscribe from library SMS messages, and as a result, they cannot receive MessageBee notices. If this happens, you can confirm if this is the case through the Communications Preferences page.

Select Communication Preferences in MessageBee:

Here, you'll see a list of emails and phone numbers. If the patron has opted out of SMS messages, there will be an X in that column.

To re-enroll in library SMS messages, the patron will need to send ‘START’ to the library’s SMS number and then the patron will drop off of this report the next time a message is sent.
