It's possible for someone to inadvertently unsubscribe from library emails or mark them as spam, and as a result, they cannot receive MessageBee notices. If this happens, you can manually enroll them again through the Communications Preferences page.
Select Communication Preferences in MessageBee:
Here, you'll see a list of emails and phone numbers. If the patron has marked our email address as spam, there will be an X in that column.
To re-enroll the patron in library emails, click the button at the end of the row to open up the patron's preferences page.
Check all the boxes that apply, and save.
Finally, let the patron know to whitelist the library email address in their email app so your emails don't get marked as spam again.
