In the event your Template has been setup to allow the modification of a specific field (such as a greeting or directions), you can modify the information yourself. 


In order to modify a field, you must select the “Modify Editable Fields” option from the top of the template preview. 



NOTE: Your template MUST be configured with an editable field in order to make modifications. Otherwise you may get the following error message:


 If you do not have any modifiable fields and wish to add one, submit a “Template Change Request” on our support page and a Unique team member will be in contact with additional details.


If you have a modifiable field, a new window with text boxes will appear: 


Once you have entered the desired verbiage, select save and the new message will be saved to the appropriate template and be applied to all instances of that communication moving forward.
