While reviewing your voice message failures, you may run across a number of reasons or codes behind the failure. The list below covers some of the most common errors you may run into.
- Destination Not Found
This error displays typically when there is a bad telephone number. - Failure Processing SpeakSentence
There was an error in the text-to-speech engine.
Please notify Unique immediately if you are receiving this error. - Quick Disconnect
The recipient answered and then hung up within the first 6 seconds of the recording. This is considered a failed attempt. - Recipient Hung Up
Recipient hung up immediately.
- Recipient Phone Not Reachable
This normally means the phone number is currently out of service (or out of cellular range) and is unable to be dialed at this time. - Service unavailable
Call attempt failed when dialed. - Callee is busy
The recipient number was currently on another line during when you attempted to dial. - Call was not answered
The call was never answered by an individual or a voicemail. - Busy Signal
The destination numbers line was busy when we attempted to dial. - Bad Number
The number entered is invalid. Please check the number and try again. - 501
Recipients phone was unreachable by voicemail.
